We offer 48-hour delivery across the UK on all orders placed before 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the next working day. Our standard working days are Monday to Friday.
A Saturday delivery option is also available and can be selected at checkout.
Yes! We deliver all over the UK. We do not currently offer any overseas delivery however we hope to add this service in the future.
We provide free next-day (not including Saturdays) delivery for orders over £50. Orders below £50 will be charged £3.99 for next-day or £7.99 for Saturday delivery.
Absolutely! Our drinks are perfect for gifting and you can include your own personalised message at checkout. We also offer gift cards of varying monetary values should you prefer your recipient to choose their own items.
Most of our products have a shelf life of 12 months whist unopened. The exact bottling date and use-by date can be found on the rear label of your drink.
They should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend storing in the fridge and consuming within 7 days.
All are cocktails are completely pre-made by hand by us, and are ready to drink straight from the bottle! We recommend shaking them with ice before pouring, however if you do not have a cocktail shaker/smoothie shaker/tupperware box then they can be poured straight into a glass with ice. Most cocktails also have a garnish recommended with them, the details of which can be found on the label.
You must be over 18 years old to purchase. By purchasing you are confirming you are over the age of 18. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18 (Section 149, Licensing Act 2003). Please drink responsibly!
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We’re 100% confident that you will be happy with your order. If - for any reason - you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for refund or replacement. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied and Items must be returned in their original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over £20, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within approximately 7 days depending on the payment method.
If your purchase was a sale item, we will not be able to issue a refund, only store credit can be offered.
Yes. If you need to pause or cancel your subscription at any time, please contact us here. It may take up to 7 days to cancel or pause your subscription depending on the status of your order in the current month.
